Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Let’s wok out with this sizzling Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry! 🔥🥢Stir-fry’s are quick, simple and an easily be adjusted to suit your tastes! I served this one with rice, but noodles would work just as well! To make this quicker to prep you can totally use a bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables. I used a mix of fresh and frozen

Ingredients
- Beef sirloin or flank steak 400g, thinly sliced
- Carrots julienned
- Snow peas
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger minced
- Brown rice cooked
Instructions
- Marinate beef slices in soy sauce and set aside.
- Stir-fry beef in a wok until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, stir-fry broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and capsicum until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked beef to the wok.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Toss until well-coated.
- Serve over cooked brown rice.
